Summary

BPM Tips (collectively “BP Tips”, “We”, and “Us”) takes your privacy very seriously.

We collect your personal information (your name and e-mail) when you:
a) sign up for a newsletter
b) sign up for a free or premium course, webinar or content
c) contact us (e.g. via survey, form on our site or e-mail)

Please note that when you sign up for our newsletter, your data is transferred to the US. Our marketing automation provider (and data processor) MailChimp is Privacy Shield certified.

General remarks
Users can visit our site anonymously. Users can turn cookies off and it won’t affect the user’s experience.

What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our website?
When registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address or other details to help you with your experience (for example so that you get more personalized emails).

We collect information from you when you subscribe to a newsletter, sign up for a course, webinar, content, fill out a form or enter information on our site.

How do we protect your information?
Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

In addition, all sensitive information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. We use regular Malware Scanning.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Third Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
